We started MTH because we'd seen too many contractors take work they couldn't deliver, then make their client's life harder. That's not who we are. Every team we put on site is our own people — not agency labour. Every RAMS pack goes in before mobilisation. Every programme gets delivered the way it should be. That's not a selling point — it's just how we operate.

We cover Essex end to end — every district, borough, town and village. For programmes outside Essex, call us. We won't take work we can't resource properly, but we'll tell you honestly what's viable.
Once scope is agreed and paperwork is in place, typically 24–48 hours. When programmes have demanded faster, we've delivered. We'll tell you exactly what we can commit to — and we don't give you a timeline we can't hold.
We produce and submit our own RAMS. Risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work are prepared in-house before any mobilisation. You don't need to chase us — they go in before anyone steps on site. That's non-negotiable for us.
Yes — and this is one of the main reasons clients use us. TM in-house alongside the civils team, one contact, no interface gaps between a separate TM company and the dig team. That's where delays happen. We remove that risk entirely.
We can't prove it before we've worked together — and we wouldn't expect you to take our word for it. What we can say: our teams are our own people (not agency labour), most of our work comes from clients who've used us before, and we communicate proactively — you hear from us when something changes on site, not after it's become a programme issue. We're happy to start with one job.
